Atas dasar keinginan untuk menjalankan CSR, Telkom Indonesia menuangkan aspirasinya melalui program utama bernama SHARE. Program CSR ini terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan di bidang komunikasi dan digital yang juga dimaksudkan untuk mendukung pencapaian SDGs.

Telkom Indonesia menjalankan berbagai inisiatif untuk mendorong keberlanjutan klaster digital di bidang pendidikan.

Hal ini dilakukan melalui digitalisasi edukasi masyarakat, pengembangan talenta Indonesia, serta penyediaan infrastruktur digital untuk mendukung inklusi pendidikan.

Selain itu, Telkom turut mewujudkan digitalisasi aspek kehidupan masyarakat melalui sinergi kelembagaan, pembangunan ekosistem desa digital, dan pemberdayaan komunitas menuju klaster masyarakat digital.

Di sektor UMKM, Telkom mengoptimalkan klaster digital melalui pembentukan UMKM Millennials, peningkatan kapasitas UMKM binaan dengan pendekatan Go Modern – Go Digital – Go Online – Go Global, serta pengembangan platform digital untuk UMKM.
